Our projects typically take 3-8 weeks from start to finish. Once we understand the scope of your project we will be able to provide you with a defined project timeline.

If you have an urgent deadline, please feel free to let us know, we will do everything possible to expedite your project.

Can I sell products on my website?

Yes, we can set up full ecommerce functionality on your website and list products for sale. We will teach you how to add, remove, and edit products on your website. We recommend the premium website package for this.

Who hosts the website and domain name?

We work closely with several domain and hosting service providers. We can always recommend the most suitable option for your website. We recommend registering these two elements under your business name.

Do you offer a payment schedule?

Yes, we work off a 50% upfront deposit, and 50% payable upon completion of the website.

What platforms do you use? WordPress? Shopify? Squarespace?

Our clients have a diverse range of requirements, so we are familiar with all popular platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, etc.

Yes! You’ll be able to update text, pictures, add pages, and more. WordPress is incredibly simple to edit, it is just like updating a Word document. We will provide you with a ‘how-to’ guide with easy to follow steps.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, we hate hidden costs too. Our pricing and inclusions are very transparent, we will provide a fixed price quote that clearly identifies the price you pay and the work we will do.

Do I own my website?

Yes, you own 100% of your website and copyright, we retain no ownership of your website.
